Cancellation Policy

JAK's Essentials In-Home Service Booking and Cancellation Policy Greetings, Thank you for choosing JAK's Essentials for your skincare and holistic services needs. To ensure a seamless and professional experience with our in-home services, we kindly ask our clients to review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation policy: Reservation and Confirmation: Please contact us to book your appointment. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation detailing your scheduled service and appointment time. Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule their appointment by notifying us at least [24-48 hours] in advance of the original appointment time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time within our scheduling constraints. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us 24 in advance. While we do not offer refunds, we are more than happy to discuss rescheduling options at a mutually convenient time. No Refund Policy: Please note that all payments made to JAK's Essentials are non-refundable. We ensure the highest quality and commitment to service for all our clients. Preparation for Your Appointment: Pet Policy: For the safety of your pets and our staff, we request that all pets be secured in a separate area during our visit. Service Area: Please ensure the service area is clear and accessible for our staff to efficiently set up and provide the scheduled services. Water Access: Our team will bring all necessary equipment except for water. Access to a water source is required during the treatment. Staff Arrival: Our staff will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time to prepare the service area. This setup time ensures that your service will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
