Hot Chocolate Massage The “Chocolate Massage” is a comprehensive therapy session based in real chocolate and has a number of therapeutic effects. It is a deep nourishing and moisturizing treatment which pampers the body and soul. Cocoa stimulates the production and secretion of endorphins in the brain and helps to combat anxiety and stress.

Cancellation Policy

All clients booking should adhere to the following instructions: Booking can be done Online or via Phone call Appointment. Please try to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can fill out your intake and consent forms. All clients will be required to fill out an intake and consent form for proper proof of services. All information collected will be classified and confidential unless required from the designated person on the Medical Records Release form. At the beginning and end of services each session will have 5 minutes for Consultation and Undressing/Redressing. All clients are to undress per service that is being given. In the event of a massage, client should undress to their comfort level. During Stretch services it is advised to wear athletic wear that you are able to move around in. No Children are allowed during sessions. Minors between the ages of 10 and up can receive Massage Therapy services. Must be accompanied by a parent throughout the full length of the Massage services. Rescheduling of appointments can only be done 24 Hours the day prior to the appointment. Please be notified that any cancellations made up to 24 hours or the day before the time of the appointment via [email/phone call, etc.] will be applied without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours before the appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without any additional fees, subject to availability. Refund Policy Services: Unfortunately, for spa services we cannot accept any refund request, all services (including spa packages or gift cards) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. Services cannot be refunded because of concern or expected results. Any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately we can not refund on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.
