Release Yoni Steam

Release is best for those who:

• Feel heavy, tense, or stagnant

• Want a clarifying steam without harsh stimulation

• Incorporate yoni steaming as part of a monthly or occasional reset

Best used intentionally rather than daily

• Bring 4–6 cups of water to a gentle boil.

• Add 1–2 tablespoons of the Release blend to the water.

• Remove from heat, cover, and steep for 5–10 minutes.

• Carefully position yourself over the steam, ensuring comfort and safety.

• Steam for 10–20 minutes, keeping the body warm.

• Rest afterward and hydrate as the body settles.
