Return Policy

At JAK’s Essentials, every product is handcrafted with care to support your wellness and self-care rituals. Because our items are personal-use beauty, skincare, and wellness products, all sales are final to protect the safety and hygiene of our customers.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

However, we will always support you if there is an issue with your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—including skincare, teas, herbal blends, bath items, candles, and feminine wellness products—we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Unopened items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Bundles and gift sets

  • Digital products (books, journals, downloads)

This is standard for beauty & wellness brands to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email: support@jaksessentials.com

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damaged product

  3. Photos of the shipping box

  4. A brief description of the issue

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item
    OR

  • Issue store credit based on the situation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos

  • Explanation

We will correct the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check around doors, porches, mailboxes

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

  • Contact your local USPS or UPS office

Because theft occurs after delivery, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will help you file a carrier claim.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are submitted.
This includes:

  • Address changes

  • Product changes

  • Quantity changes

Please double-check your order before submitting.
