During high-volume seasons (sales, holidays, launches), processing may extend to 7–10
business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
If your package shows as “delivered” but you don’t have it:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for:

If your order arrives damaged:

Summer Heat Shipping Notes (Important for Body Butters)
Some products, especially whipped body butters, may soften or melt during transit in warm months.
Melting does not affect product performance.
