This soft reset is for moments when your body feels overstimulated, your thoughts feel crowded, and your nervous system needs gentleness — not discipline.


The Flow

Start with hydration — warm tea if possible. If not, water and a pause will do.


Move into cleansing. A shower, a face wash, or simply rinsing your hands in warm water. Let this be symbolic as much as physical.


Apply moisturizer slowly. Pay attention to where your body holds tension.


This reset can take five minutes or fifteen. Either way, it counts.
